I began Uni-Tea Products in my mother’s kitchen and grew it into a small agro-processing plant of less than 500 square feet. Today, we transform locally grown cocoa into convenient, value-added products that celebrate Saint Lucia. Try our signature Mo’s Cocoa Powder with Spice.
From Local Ingredients to Finished Products
We source cocoa and other local ingredients from farmers. We clean, dry, roast, grind, and blend them, then quality-check, package, and distribute the finished products. Production takes place weekly.
Adding Value for Saint Lucian Farmers
By buying local cocoa and adding value through processing, we create a market for small cocoa farmers and share Saint Lucian flavours with customers. We are working to take our natural products into regional and international markets. We have received a Most Innovative Idea award.
