I create poetry and intentional experiences that invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for rest, healing, and becoming.

I found my voice through writing, using poetry to process experiences, explore emotions, and create meaning. I now share that practice to offer others space for reflection, connection, and healing.

I began with my first collection, I Almost Loved You to Hate, and then published Sacred Waters. I continue to share my work through readings, signed copies, and creative offerings; my books are professionally designed and published through print-on-demand.
